Personal Trainer / coach
I grew up in the 90’s and attempted all the restrictive diets and strictly focused on cardio. I battled an eating disorder as a teenager after suddenly losing my morbidly obese aunt to diabetes at 40 years young. That drove me into learning how to fuel and train my body the correct way to ensure I had longevity of life and didn’t become a statistic.
That drive led me to become a 4 sport athlete in college (basketball, volleyball, track and soccer) and obtain my bachelors degree in health and sports management.
My passion for helping women heal their relationship with food and exercise has led me to a 14 year career as a personal trainer with certifications to help women of all ages and stages including seniors and pre and post natal women.
Absolutely. I’ll keep your voice, soften the transitions, and make it feel warm, human, and easy to connect with—without losing the strength of what you’ve lived.
Here’s a refined, personable version with better flow:
I grew up in a sheltered homeschool community where self-expression and personal choice were limited. For a long time, I felt confined—not just in what I could do, but in who I was allowed to become.
Exercise became my medicine.
It gave me clarity, focus, and something I could control when everything else felt out of reach.
As a teenager, I battled an eating disorder and quietly worked to prove—to myself most of all—that I was capable. I wasn’t allowed to play sports until my senior year of high school, yet I went from being the timid, awkward kid to becoming an all-state athlete, eventually earning a college basketball recruitment. That transformation changed the way I saw myself forever.
What started as survival turned into passion. And that passion became my purpose.
I built a career helping other women overcome mental and physical challenges by finding their why and applying small, daily habits to create lasting, healthy change.
At 31, I became a mom—and again at 33—to two incredible little girls who are my heartbeat. Motherhood brought joy, but also new struggles. Balancing fitness while working from home, navigating sleepless nights, full-time work, and exclusively breastfeeding two babies stretched me in ways I never expected. Fitness became my anchor again, helping me survive the exhaustion and stay grounded.
My world shifted once more when I finally escaped an 11-year abusive marriage. In my darkest moments, fitness and my faith were the constant foundation that carried me through healing and rebuilding my life.
At 36, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and suddenly so many pieces clicked into place. I now understand more deeply than ever that fitness and nutrition didn’t just improve my life—they helped save it.
Today, I don’t just train bodies.
I help women reclaim control, confidence, and clarity—one habit, one choice, one day at a time.
I’m passionate about helping women regain their confidence and grow their mental, physical and spiritual strength one rep at a time!
