GROUP TRAINING

The CARDIO INTEGRATED STRENGTH GROUP TRAINING program at FITCAMP180 Yukon is a dynamic group fitness class combining cardio exercises with strength training workouts. Participants engage in a high-energy group setting led by experienced trainers to improve cardiovascular fitness and build strength. This program uses a mix of cardio equipment and strength exercises to deliver a comprehensive workout for individuals of all fitness levels.

Our CPR/ First Aide Certified childcare team keeps things fun and safe — and honestly, it’s usually the kids who are the ones dragging their parents to the gym because they love it so much! Take a little time for yourself, knowing your little ones are having a great time, too.
