Shayna Peffer

I’m a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with a lifelong background in athletics and strength and functional training. My coaching style is rooted in consistency, proper movement, and sustainable habits that support long-term health. I take a holistic approach to fitness, combining strength training through functional movements, nutrition, supplemental health, mindset, and lifestyle to help clients build confidence, resilience, and real-world strength — inside and outside the gym but also inside and outside of the body.

I realized early in life that the biggest threat to my health wasn’t a lack of knowledge, but the hustle of everyday life… raising kids, constant responsibilities, procrastination, and the pull of modern convenience. Even early on, I saw how easy it was to put my own health last, and I made a conscious decision that I didn’t want that pattern to define me or my family.

Rooted in my faith, I chose to face those challenges head-on and do what was right for my body, not just for myself but for the people who depend on me. Over the past two decades, that decision has remained a foundation of my life  choosing discipline over convenience and consistency over perfection.

That turning point is what shaped me into the coach I am today, helping others navigate real-life obstacles with strength, purpose, and grace.

My purpose as a coach is to help busy adults, parents and older individuals alike, build strength, confidence, and lasting health through intentional, sustainable habits.

I’m especially passionate about serving those who feel pulled in every direction or believe it’s “too late” to start, guiding them to move with purpose and train in a way that supports real life.
